Building a new home is decision saturated, what colours, what materials, what style, arghhh! To say we had decision fatigue by the end of our build is an understatement (we took months to decide on stools for the kitchen!). Dean brings years of building experience and a keen eye for detail. We gave him the green light to tweak and amend plans if he saw room for improvement. He did make changes, changes that have improved the function and the look of our home. Shellie brings a beautiful eye for design, she quickly gained a sense of us and our style, she made suggestions and we said yes every time! After doing minor renovations in the past, we expected our first complete build to be quite a large and stressful task.

As much of my time is spent working interstate, I was very conscious of choosing a builder who I could trust to completely project manage the construction of my home. Dean and Shellie took this on with great enthusiasm! Not only did they finish ahead of schedule, but they kept me regularly up to date on progress . I am most grateful for their help in sourcing products and finishes on my behalf when I couldn't be there; they really went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and easy. I was extremely happy with the end result, and so relieved that what I was expecting to be a stressful experience surprisingly was not at all!
I have since built another house on the Gold Coast, and didn't hesitate to go straight back to Dean & Shellie who again did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.
